- Analyze customer transaction and savings behavior data to understand usage patterns and opportunities.
- Forecast customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Develop financial models to assess potential new features, products, and partnerships.
- Monitor key metrics like deposits, withdrawals, and interest earned, and recommend strategies to optimize performance.
- Produce analytical reports with insights for product managers, engineers, and executives.
- Stay up to date with fintech trends, best practices, and regulations in digital finance.
- Partner with other functions like marketing, and operations to support data-driven decision making.
- Continuously improve analytical processes and systems as the business scales.
- Produce financial statements for the company
- PROFICIENCY WITH EXCEL AND/OR ANY DATA MODELING & VISUALIZATION TOOLS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Certifications such as CFA or CPA are desirable
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a digital finance company
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly
- Passion to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bonus if experienced with savings/investment products
