- Control and monitor records, flows, characteristics of the company's activity:• Partner invoicing and reporting;
- Manage and coordinate the activities of his department;
- Produce summary documents reflecting the company's situation according to the regulatory system and in compliance with tax requirements;
- Ensure supplier payments (from advance to balance);• Ensure monitoring of banking and accounting operations;
- Manage the classification and archiving of accounting documents;• Create accounting strategies to maximize profits;
- Manage monthly and yearly closing.
- GCE + 4/5 in accounting or finance or any related course
- Have continuous professional experience of atleast 3 years in a similar position in an organized financial institution;
- Be at least 30 years old.
- Have a perfect mastery of COBAC regulations and OHADA Law
- Excellent analytical skills to manage a large volume of data;
- Have a spirit of initiative and anticipation as well as a sense of organization and communication;
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Excel in particular (spreadsheet management, graph creation and use of advanced formulas);
- Endowed with good managerial qualities, a spirit of synthesis and analysis;• In addition, the candidate must be honest, available and rigorous;
- Perfectly bilingual (English and French);
