One (01) Knowledge Management Intern
- Generally, animates the WACAH Knowledge Management Space on Workplace to stimulate participation of staff across the organization.
- Responsible for capturing learning and facilitating sharing among and across teams on the Workplace, teams and manage content/library on other platforms to ensure consistent storage and accessibility.
- Reviews all posts and proposes corrections wherever necessary prior to sharing to ensure that they are of the best quality
- Proposes creative and innovative designs for the layout of posts shared on the WACAH Knowledge Management Space on Workplace.
- Monitors, prepares, and shares weekly analytical reports on staff engagements on WACAH Knowledge Management Space on Workplace and proposes innovative solutions on how to engage staff.
- Monitors and reports on regional Knowledge Management action plan and proposes follow up actions on a weekly and monthly basesDEALING WITH PROBLEMS
