OBJECTIVE:


A procurement assistant provides administrative support for
the procurement department of a company. As a procurement assistant includemonitoring
current inventory, ordering supplies, and scheduling deliveries to ensure that
your company has a sufficient amount of necessary materials or equipment.

To ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of
high quality
.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
RESPONSIBILITIES: -         
Participate in the sourcing of local suppliers for; office supplies; general services purchases (for all general services works)
 
-          Factory spare parts;
-          Factory raw and packing local material;
-          Marketing (purchases relating to communication, commercial events, outfits…)  
-          Request prices from local suppliers;
-          Select the supplier with the line manager approval;
-          Assist and participate in placing orders for raw materials;  
-          Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
-          Get into contact with suppliers
-          Make the monthly reporting of orders placed during the month;  
-          Monitor stock levels of the packing and raw material in coordination with WH and identify purchasing needs;
-          Research potential vendors;  
-          Track orders and ensure timely delivery;
-          Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
-          Conduct market research to identify pricing trends;  
-          Follow the delivery and the payment of orders;
-          Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts;
-          Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders  
-          Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
-          Prepare cost analyses;
-          Write the PO;
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
  • Study in management, accounting and finance
  • Perfect knowledge of Office tools: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
  • Minimum 5 years  of significant experience
  • Fluent in English
  • No specific gender
  • Max 35 years old
