- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating system
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
- An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
- Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
- Strong team orientation and customer focus
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity prevalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers
- Must be 20 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent (Advanced Level or Ordinary Level)
- MUST SPEAK/READ/WRITE ENGLISH AND FRENCH VERYWELL
- MUST BE Willing to work overnight and weekends
- Be willing to work weekends and or over nights 4 or 5 days a week with some extra days and extra hours depending on work demands
- You will have 2 days Off depending on the shift available
- Must be willing to work all time at the Makepe, Douala Office
- Must not be absent or late from work on your first 90 Days of employment
