- You will intervene on all the tax aspects of transactional operations,
- Resolution of tax risks,
- You support clients in matters tax audits and litigation,
- You will assist clients in fulfilling their compliance obligations (various monthly and annual declarations);
- You will carry out your mission in conjunction with the experts of the PwC network in French-speaking Sub-Saharan Africa and internationally,
- You will find practical and creative solutions for clients in the various fields of application of VAT, personal income tax and corporate tax (common law, intra-community, specialized regimes),
- You participate actively and directly in various files (research, analysis, drafting of memoranda and consultations, due diligence),
- Determination of transaction prices between companies of the same multinational group; Distribution of profit within a group, financial transactions...,
- You will participate in assignments to structure and defend transfer pricing policies or analyze the compliance of group practices with the regulations in force,
- Economic research aimed at justifying the compliance of transfer pricing policies within multinational groups, through the use of databases,
- Drafting of transfer pricing documentation reports,
- Participation in reflection during structuring missions or defense of transfer pricing policies,
- Writing ad hoc notes,
- Writing review articles on tax, legal and social matters,
- Participation in the review and declaration of transfer pricing policies applied
- You participate managing the tax files of national and international clients,
- You are in charge of analyzing restructuring operations, managing an Supporting foreign companies in their establishment and development.
