- Identify and engage potential customers and vendors for Buyam.
- Promote Buyam’s products and services, focusing on building long-term relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through various channels, including phone, social media, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that drive sales and platform awareness.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any sales-related inquiries or issues.
- Gather feedback from customers and vendors to help improve the platform.
- Proven experience in sales or a related role (e-commerce experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and able to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and online shopping trends in Cameroon.
- Proficiency in both English and French is an advantage.
- Competitive salary ( 120,000fcfa ) plus commissions.
