As a Presenter, you should be able to introduce and interview guests and celebrities. You should also be able to maintain the confidentiality of any anonymous sources. - Planning and writing scripts for programs and videos
- Conducting in-depth research and background checks on the information to be presented
- Memorizing and rehearsing scripts
- Introducing and interviewing guests and celebrities
- Providing weather updates on a timely basis
- Selecting a playlist and playing music
- Conducting in-person or telephone interviews
- Writing down important points to be discussed during the show/video recording
- Ensuring that anonymous source identities are protected
- Maintaining a polished look when presenting the show/video
- Adhering to the industry’s moral standards
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Presenter, News Anchor, Reporter, or a similar role in the Media industry
- Complete knowledge of current affairs
- Familiarity with the Media laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Having a well-groomed and pleasing personality
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
- Highly motivated and confident individual
- Good researching skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as displaying collaborative skills
- Ability to provide enhanced customer experience
