- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our products and services to the target audience
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics
- Create and manage marketing content, including email campaigns, social media posts, and blog articles
- Analyze marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education industry
- Manage the company's online presence, including social media accounts and website
- Identify and build relationships with key influencers and thought leaders in the education industry
- Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure campaigns are cost-effective and meet ROI goals
- Attend conferences and events to network with industry professionals and promote our brand
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns
- Experience with social media management, email marketing, and content creation
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Hubspot
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for education and improving the learning experience for students and teachers
