You will be expected to provide professional support, advice, guidance for the aYo Cameroon community, and strategic insight to help increase our aYo Brand’s top-of-mind positioning.
Analyze daily figures provided by the sales representatives according to the sales objectives, through the management tools and the management dashboards.
You will be responsible for:
Community Management
- Ability to develop creative, engaging, and original content in line with the editorial calendar
- Provide community feedback to management and stakeholders
- Plan and execute community initiatives and programs
- Propose new marketing and outreach opportunities to push brand image and products
- Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Monitor social media campaigns and analyze web traffic from the online community using key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor sales campaigns with dashboard and analyze outcomes regarding KPIs
- Ensure the team has the operational infrastructure (e.g., application forms, uniforms, name badges, mobile devices, etc.) necessary to operate efficiently and deliver a quality customer experience to all prospective and existing customers.
- Preparation of various reports on the activity and turnover of the networks
- Monitor and analyze field sales agent performance data (sales applications, leads generated, sales quality, productivity, compliance, merchandising, etc.) daily, weekly and monthly
- Submit monthly sales and lead generation performance reports for field sales agents against target competitive intelligence
- Identify issues in the performance results of various partnerships and manage performance as necessary
- Experience in sales analytics and reporting roles (data extraction, analytics, reporting, and recommendation) will be advantageous
- Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study related to experience below
- Minimum 1 year of experience in computer sciences (IT), Telco industry, Statistics,
- Communication/Marketing/Sales
- Familiarity with the company's industry or market
- Ability to speak and write fluently in French & English
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing (English language skills would be advantageous)
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and web metrics
- Proficiency in word processing applications, spreadsheets, presentation software, and social media management tools
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills
