Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
We are seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that the successful candidate will work from our Douala V office while having the flexibility to work remotely as needed. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales calls, providing customer service, managing sales teams, conducting training sessions, and developing and implementing marketing strategies.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience
- Sales experience, including lead generation and conducting sales calls
- Experience in sales management and team management
- Training and public speaking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Related Field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other sales and marketing automation tools
Note: Having experience in the technology industry would be an added advantage.
