- Develop the business in line with the guidelines and objectives set by - - General Management;
- Implement local sales initiatives;
- Monitor sales achievements;
- Train sales representatives on site;
- Monitor the competition;
- Drawing up a daily activity report.
- Higher education (Bac+2/ Bac+3) in sales and/or communication, good interpersonal and sales skills: negotiation, building customer loyalty, ability to summarise;
- Experience in insurance would be a plus.
