- Job Summary
- Responsible for the management of the Distributor Sales Rep in the assigned territories to achieve overall sales objectives as well as numeric distribution of key products in the sales universe.
- Main Responsibilities / Tasks
- Grow sales and deliver objective of assigned Distributors.
- Deliver GP Value by ensuring a better product portfolio mix sales
- Initiate promotion that delivers a better GP Value
- Manage the distributor sales reps to develop sales areas
- Sales accompaniment and weekly meetings with the DSRs for individual performance review.
- Design route/journey plan per Distributor Sales Rep for sales area coverage optimization.
- Generate sales and ensure compliance with the route plan by Distributors Sales Rep
- Regularly review with the Wholesalers their performance in line with agreed target.
- Conduct a fully detailed wholesalers mapping to optimize their channel contribution.
- Develop New Sales opportunities within designated Areas.
- Proper liaison between wholesalers with the distributor under the leadership of the regional sales manager.
- Manage and monitor wholesales and shops promotion.
- Manage the relevant documentation for delivery to customers and follow up subsequent payment.
- Submit a monthly competitor price matrix vs BIC Products
- Monitor all relevant marketing activities in the area – sales activation, new product launch, visibility campaign, trial, sales promotion, competitors price reduction and any other.
- Key Performance Indicators / Key Figures
- Grow sales of all categories
- Achieve sales targets per category and product
- Achieve Coverage and numeric distribution in the assigned sales Universe
- Wholesaler mapping in the assigned territory
- Draw journey plan per DSR to ensure optimization
R - Perfect knowledge of Microsoft operating system especially Power-Point & Excel

Previous / Professional Experience
- Relevant experience in sales and key distributors and wholesalers’ management (FMCG Industry).
- Neighborhood shops to shops sales with good understanding of traditional retailers’ psychology.
- Experience 4yrs + Sales Experience.
- BTS or a Degree in any business-related field
- Proficient in the use of French
- Good knowledge of English
- Valid driving license
