agro-pastoral products to join our team. The successful candidate
will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing products at the best
conditions, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring the timely
delivery of products.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards
- Evaluate supplier performance and develop improvement plans when necessary
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that product specifications are met and that quality standards are maintained
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for sourcing products
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase orders, supplier contracts, and invoice reconciliation
- Ensure timely delivery of products and manage the logistics of product
- Work with the finance team to ensure that purchasing activities are within budget and in line with financial policies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration across functions
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management on sourcing and procurement activities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in sourcing and purchasing
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience with procurement software and systems
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both French and English
