Missions / Responsibilities / Activities
Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative at Travel Ease Company Limited, you will be an essential part of our client-facing team. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Interacting with clients in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
  • Assisting clients with inquiries, booking requests, and travel-related information.
  • Providing accurate information about destinations, travel packages, and services.
  • Handling booking reservations, processing payments, and issuing relevant travel documentation.
  • Resolving client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborating with our travel consultants to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to offer personalized recommendations.
  • Ensuring that clients’ travel experiences are smooth, enjoyable, and aligned with their expectations.
  • Collecting feedback from clients to help improve our services and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Managing administrative tasks related to customer interactions.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in tourism or customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Knowledge of travel industry practices and destinations is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
