continuously improve all aspects of the school including, but not
limited to learning and teaching, finance, operations, and student
recruitment, in line with the group’s Standards amp; Practices and
the Enko Culture.
- Implement Enko Education Standards and Practices; possibly lead the school through international accreditation / re-accreditation processes (IB, CAIE, national regulations, etc.)
- Achieve the school’s educational objectives
- Build an outstanding team. Recruit, develop, retain highest quality national teaching & non-teaching staff
- Achieve the school’s enrolment and financial objectives
- Ensure parent and student satisfaction
- Contribute to improving the Enko model and developing our network in Africa
- As part of a team, you will receive a wide range of support from Enko Education’s central team and from other heads of schools.
