- Maintaining and managing photography equipment
- Editing and Shooting photos and videos
- Submitting photos to appropriate persons
- Managing photography sessions
- College degree or equivalent in Photography, digital media, broadcast production. Two to Three years of professional video and editing is required; editorial campaigns are a plus. Qualifying candidates must supply a high-quality sample reel of their work. We will consider candidates who can demonstrate the following competencies and attributes:
- Minimum of 2 years professional shooting
- mastery of indoor photoshoots
- Video and still camera experience.
- Experienced with location audio/video/lighting
- Can independently light and set up cameras for single or multi-person interview set ups
- Interview experience recommended
- Experience with scripting and storyboarding
- Drone experience a plus
- Experience with live streaming and webcasting to online platforms and social media
- Experience and professional understanding of audio (mic with lavs, check levels, troubleshooting audio problems)
- Green Screen experience
- Up-to-date knowledge on the latest filming trends and technology
- Minimum of 2 years professional editing experience
- Adaptable to changing demands and timelines
- Experience editing projects from 30-second trailer/promos to hour-long programs
- Demonstrated ability to creatively use music, ambient sound, and voice-over to strengthen a video story/project
- Demonstrated proficiency and passion for modern photography and videography styles.
- Required: Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent software experience)
- Preferred: Adobe AfterEffects, Photoshop, Illustrator, LightRoom and Canva
- Must be Mac proficient
- Experience with 4K cameras and camera setups
