- Offering expert insights and recommendations on destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities.
- Crafting tailored travel itineraries that align with individual client requirements.
- Booking flights, hotels, tours, and additional travel-related services while ensuring accuracy in reservations and documentation.
- Collaborating closely with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other partners to facilitate seamless travel arrangements.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination particulars to provide well-informed advice.
- Addressing client queries and concerns promptly and professionally throughout the planning and booking journey.
- Delivering top-tier customer service to exceed client expectations and foster enduring relationships.
- Previous experience in a Travel Consultant/Advisor role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A deep passion for travel and an extensive knowledge of diverse destinations.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with clients effectively.
- Attentive listening skills to understand clients’ preferences and tailor recommendations accordingly.
- Proficiency in utilizing travel booking systems and related software such as Amadeus and Sabre
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a client-centric approach.
- Familiarity with travel regulations, visa procedures, and insurance protocols is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are a welcome asset.
