- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Primus Cloud products.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Cameroon IT industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing campaigns supporting sales objectives.
- Provide feedback to the product team on market needs and product enhancements.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to close, including contract negotiations.
- Analyze and report on sales and marketing data to inform future strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in business development or sales, focusing on SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Bilingual – English and French).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Odoo CRM.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of SaaS/Cloud services (Azure, GCP, AWS, ORACLE) trends and market dynamics.
- Understanding of sales and marketing strategies and techniques.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis.
- Understanding of contract negotiations and legal agreements.
- Knowledge of the competitive landscape and key players in the industry.
