- Drafting and typing up official letters
- Writing and distributing school bulletins
- Compiling reports accurately and efficiently
- Printing and photocopying documents of all kinds
- Creating student grade reports
- Filling out student reports and other documents
- Answering the phone
- Opening the post
- Dealing with outgoing post
- Dealing with queries and complaints
- Receiving parents and other individuals who arrive at the school
- Ensuring that visitors sign the appropriate visitor’s book
- Providing visitors with proper directions and helping them move around the school
- Updating records that relate to both pupils and staff members
- Assessing the performance of different aspects of the school
- Taking accurate minutes at meetings and subsequently typing them up
- Paying bills and keeping financial records updated
- Paying cash into the appropriate accounts (where applicable)
- Must be Bilingual (English and French), fluent in speaking and writing. Spanish will be a Plus.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Human Resource Management related fields.
- Must have excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint knowledge.
- Must be ready to learn new software tools used for daily work.
- Must have excellent communication skills and must love working with the public.
