- lmplement strategies to realize objectives in various domains as indicated by hierarchy and in accordance with the lnstitution's overall plan especially as concerns: & Significant growth in funds mobilisation; 'ik Customer Portfolio growth and diversification' & Customer satisfaction and retention, etc.
- Develop and administers marketing database for the network which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, access to financial reports;
- Compile lists describing product or service offerings;
- Uses sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends;
- Contributes to the development of new products
- Looks for partners and potential investors/funders.
- Ensure regular UNICS media presence via various outlets;
- Source sponsorship opportunities;
- Foster community relations through events such as open days and through involvement in community initiatives;
- Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.)
- Track media coverage and follow industry trends . Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
- Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company's presence in the market
- Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
- To have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Law or any related fields.
- To have at least three years of experience in a managerial position. Experience in a Financial lnstitution is an added advantage;
- Ability to work efficiently and deliver under pressure;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: The ability to build rapport, actively listens, and communicates effectively with clients at all levels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bilingual: Exceptional ability to communicate in English and French verbally and in writing, with good presentation skills.
- Experience in the Microfinance or banking sector is of added advantage. { Excellent organizational and leadership skills
