- Coordinate and manage all training programs of the institution, ensuring quality training.
- Facilitate the recruitment of qualified training personnel who can deliver the results.
- Negotiate and secure job placement for graduates of the School of Skills.
- Negotiate and create partnerships with institution who can absorb students.
- Evaluates the progress of scheduled training activities against the established objectives and effective strategies to ensure target goals are being achieved.
- Represents the institution in dealing with strategic partners.
- Should be Bilingual
- Should be based in Yaounde.
- Should be discipline and of integrity.
- Should possess effective communication skills.
- Should possess good business intelligence skills.
- Should have at least one year undisrupted work experience.
- Should hold at least a BSc. in Marketing or any business related discipline.
- Should be computer literate & have a good knowledge of Social Media and Digital Marketing
