Nous recherchons un spécialiste marketing qui devra concevoir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de marketing offline efficaces pour promouvoir nos produits et services de Glotelho.
- Develop and execute offline marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, sales and customer engagement.
- Plan and implement offline marketing campaigns and promotional activities such as events, product launches, roadshows, and collaborations with other brands.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and behavior to inform marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the online marketing team to ensure synergy between online and offline marketing activities.
- Review product performance and propose offline actions to ameliorate sales both online and offline.
- Develop, implement, and monitor various partnerships.
- Understand and adapt to Glotelho's corporate vision.
- Perform any other marketing-related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in an E-commerce or retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful offline marketing campaigns and initiatives, with measurable outcomes.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A creative and innovative thinker that takes initiative and is motivated by challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of graphic design software is a plus.
- Fluency in French and English is preferable.
- High moral standards and integrity.
