Location of the position: KENDECK- DIBAMBA, Douala – CMR
Main mission : REPAIR MACHINE AND PREVENT ANY MECHANICAL PROBLEMS
- Responsible for the management of the local machine workers, including the arrangement and organization of team personnel, training, etc…
- According to production demand, be responsible for starting the machines, making necessary adjustements to make it run smoothly, shutdown the machine
- Responsible for performing spot inspection and maintenance of the machine
- Responsible for material check after shutdown of the machine;
- Responsible for material control, handling and tracking of abnormal material costs
- Responsible for checking the quantity of finished goods produced
Level of education: have at least a GCE A Level in any field related to Mechanical Engineering or a Bachelor degree
Technical skills: Good coordination and intercultural communication skills, Ability to use IT Tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Ability to write reports.
Personal qualities: Good interpersonal skills, Ability to analyze, judge and plan
Professional Experience: at least 03 years working experience as a mechanic
Age: between 21 and 35 years’ old
Be Cameroonian and able to work at DIBAMBA Factory
Being perfectly bilingual or Anglophone
Speaking Chinese is a plus
