- Bonne compréhension des systèmes de transport, des transports en commun, des initiatives de développement durable et des questions environnementales.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, en gestion de projet et en résolution de problèmes.
- Maîtrise des outils et techniques d'analyse de données pour l'évaluation des programmes de transport.
- Une connaissance des politiques et réglementations en matière de transport est préférable.
- Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec diverses parties prenantes, notamment des agences gouvernementales, des entreprises et des groupes communautaires.
- Maîtrise dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience des technologies de transport durable (véhicules électriques, programmes de partage de vélos, etc.).
- Familière des outils SIG (Système d'information géographique) et de la visualisation des données.
- Expérience de la gestion de budgets et de la préparation de rapports détaillés.
- Program Development and Implementation:
- Develop, implement, and manage transportation and mobility programs to improve mobility and reduce environmental impact.
- Design and roll out programs that encourage the use of alternative transportation (e.g., cycling, public transit, carpooling, etc.).
- Ensure alignment of mobility programs with organizational goals related to sustainability, cost-efficiency, and employee well-being.
- Transportation Planning:
- Coordinate with local governments, transit authorities, and community stakeholders to improve public and private transportation networks.
- Assess and analyze current transportation systems and recommend improvements.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for long-term transportation infrastructure planning.
- Employee Engagement:
- Develop and conduct outreach initiatives to encourage employees or residents to adopt sustainable transportation options.
- Organize and lead workshops, training sessions, or events on sustainable transportation choices and mobility solutions.
- Respond to inquiries and provide assistance regarding transportation options.
- Sustainability and Environmental Impact:
- Monitor the environmental impact of transportation programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Work towards reducing the organization’s carbon footprint through increased use of public transit, electric vehicles, biking, etc.
- Promote programs to reduce single-occupancy vehicle use and congestion.
- Budgeting and Reporting:
- Oversee and manage budgets for transportation programs.
- Track and report on the effectiveness and impact of mobility programs, including participation rates and environmental benefits.
- Prepare regular reports for management, stakeholders, or regulatory bodies regarding transportation initiatives.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, transportation providers, private sector organizations, and community groups to foster collaboration.
- Act as the point of contact for transportation-related concerns and initiatives within the organization or community.
- Data Collection and Analysis:
- Gather data on transportation usage, congestion patterns, and environmental impacts to assess and refine programs.
- Use analytics to determine key metrics for program success and identify areas for improvement.
- Policy Advocacy:
- Advocate for policies and strategies that support sustainable transportation systems and mobility options.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and legislation in transportation and sustainability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Transportation Management, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mobility management, urban planning, transportation systems, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of transportation systems, public transit, sustainability initiatives, and environmental issues.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques for evaluating transportation programs.
- Knowledge of transportation policies and regulations is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, businesses, and community groups.
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with sustainable transportation technologies (electric vehicles, bike-share programs, etc.).
- Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information System) tools and data visualization.
- Experience managing budgets and preparing detailed reports.
- Office-based with occasional fieldwork, meetings, and site visits.
- Flexible hours may be required to attend events, meetings, or conduct outreach activities.
