Missions / Responsibilities / Activities
Responsibilities: As the Sales and Marketing Manager at Travel Ease Company Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales and expanding our market presence. Your responsibilities will encompass:
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to attract and retain clients while achieving revenue targets.
  • Leading and mentoring the sales team to ensure effective performance, motivation, and growth.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design compelling travel packages and promotions.
  • Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, partnerships, and client segments.
  • Monitoring industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Overseeing the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Managing online and offline marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and print materials.
  • Analyzing sales and marketing data to assess performance, ROI, and areas for improvement.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Sales and Marketing Manager role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and expanding market reach.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team
  • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration and negotiation.
