- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote Bridge International School to prospective students and parents.
- Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, print media, and community outreach programs, to reach target audiences effectively.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and digital content, to showcase the school’s programs, facilities, and achievements.
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, open houses, and school fairs to engage with potential students and parents and provide them with information about Bridge International School.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to support their efforts in converting leads into enrolled students and ensure a seamless enrollment process.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the school’s marketing strategies.
- Maintain and update the school’s website and social media profiles with relevant content, news, and updates to keep current and prospective stakeholders informed.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data and analytics to evaluate effectiveness and make informed decisions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local communities, educational partners, and relevant stakeholders to enhance the school’s visibility and reputation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and education to continually innovate and improve marketing efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
