- Gender/GBV prevention and response program design, management, implementation, monitoring and reporting;
- Strengthening of WETECH’s strategic partnerships on GBV prevention and response.
- To lead the implementation of WETECH’s GBV prevention and response program by managing the Alert GBV project design, implementation and monitoring;
- To identify new and emerging needs and optimize GBV prevention and response;
- To develop and maintain partnerships with other agencies and sectors, as part of the GBV response strategy;
- To design and develop the commercial growth and offers of AlertGBV through business development strategies and customer acquisition.
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in project management, monitoring, and evaluation with a focus on GBV prevention or Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights and response programming ;
- Experience in results-based management;
- Experience in project and team management;
- Demonstrated ability to assess, supervise, and coordinate technical work in GBV prevention and response in humanitarian and recovery settings;
- Experience in conducting needs assessments and program design;
- Excellent writing skills in English and good mastery of French.
- Experience in writing donor proposals, reports, policy notes, and strategic documents;
- Awareness and demonstrable knowledge of how GBV manifests in humanitarian settings and ability to describe context-specific prevention and response actions;
- Experience working directly with survivors of GBV using a survivor-centered approach is recommended;
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office pack, and in particular Excel;
- Minimum knowledge of new technologies (Google Pack and social networks)
