It is a spinning company specializing in the industrial transformation of synthetic fibers (acrylic fibers) into "wool" intended for the manufacture of clothing for infants (or newborns) and sweaters for all generations, this by the through complex knitting techniques as manual, mechanical and/or electronic programmed within our industrial park. Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for a General Manager. You have Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives, Ability to listen and probe to understand underlying needs and/or root cause of an issue , to identify, influence, and collaborate with
key stakeholders to achieved desired organizational outcomes. have a thorough knowledge of human resources management and industrial relation principles and best practices. You are highly organized, detail oriented, have good problem solving kills and Outstanding communication skills – verbal and written, a positive attitude. Good knowledge of the woolen yarn business.
You have ability to understand the viewpoint of higher management and effectively analyze complex problems, to quickly master new technical and business knowledge, can take quick and approximate actions in varied management situations and can take quick and approximate actions in varied management situations. this job is for you.
You will directly report to the COO/DCOO/Group Board. You will provide support to the
Group General Manager and the COO and will be responsible to ensure that the company achieve its business objectives, you will be the Head of a tenured yarn manufacturing unit,
Responsible person for revenue generation, profitability, productivity, operations, and staff management. You will also be Responsible for restructuring and modernizing the business to meet competitive standards.
In this role, you will serve as a referent and a leader, to advice people and provide thoughtful, progressive and strategic guidance.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
  • Management/Advisory / Overseer
  • Manage P& L & group budget to meet revenue targets, and achieve cost reduction and margin improvement.
  • Achieve pre-determined group KPI targets.
  • Re-structure and modernize the organization policy, procedures, process, plant & machinery in line with international standards in order to meet competitive benchmarks.
  • Production planning and control.
  • Coordinate with marketing and merchandising team for future orders, present order status, and product costing and to discuss capacity status of the factory/s.
  • Motivate employees and enrich their knowledge through information exchange
  • Identify raw material purchasing requirement, find suitable suppliers of high standard raw material and negotiate best possible price.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience in organizational re-structuring, process re-engineering and machine engineering and deployment
  • A minimum 7 years of production management experience in a mid-sized textile/yarn manufacturing unit. At least
  • Proven experience of at least 10 years as General Manager/ AGM in a mid-sized textile/yarn manufacturing unit
  • Experience supervising and developing staff
