- Analyze the production file (type of support, type of product, quantities . . .)
- Prepare and operate stamping machine;
- Check and certify the conformity of the product to be formed;
- Record key production parameters
- Check final product quality;
- Report any quality shortcomings observed to line management and the QHSE department for corrective action;
- Record and fill in identification sheets (traceability) for products entering and leaving the machine
- Identify, fill in and report all machine breakdowns and malfunctions to maintenance
- Read and interpret technical documents.
- Carry out corrective actions (setting, adjustment, etc.) on the machine where necessary (product non-conformity; failure; ...)
- Perform first-level maintenance
- Drafting production reports and requests for intervention
The holder of this position must be able to:
- Carry out production according to the stages of the industrial process in compliance with quality standards.
- Detect anomalies and malfunctions on the production line.
- Pass on information and instructions to operators and other internal work teams.

- Knowledge of problem-solving methods
