eFarm.CM LTD is a registered company in Cameroon; your all-round eCommerce and supply chain partner in agribusiness:
We avail an eCommerce platform to showcase solely agro-pastoral produces from Cameroon and Africa and sell to buyers worldwide.
We provide technical/logistics support to producers in production, harvest and post-harvest management in hard-to-reach farming communities;
We produce, buy, preserve, and sell produces to ensure a reliable and consistent supplies.
Our goal is to provide farmers, communities and agro-pastoral dealers in Cameroon and Africa the opportunities to market their farm produces online/offline and reach consumers worldwide while creating a real added value to the agricultural arena.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
  • Develop and manage an effective Marketing strategy and Plan and its associated budget
  • Develop effective online/offline marketing strategies and tactics to archive goals
  • Develop public relation strategies and campaigns
  • Nature relationship between the company and its community – clients, partners, affected and interested parties
  • Promote the company in print and broadcast outlets
  • Manage PR issues
Duties:
  • Prepare press releases and promotional materials
  • Building positive relation with stakeholders, the media, and the public
  • Coordinate all company’s public relation activities
  • Manage the company’s social media handles, create suitable contents and digital marketing.
  • Developing a marketing communication plan and budget
  • Direct social media team to engage audience across new media
  • Manage media inquiries and interview requests
  • Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results monthly
  • Seek and evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertisement
  • Build relationship with thought leaders to grow the company
  • Maintain a keen understanding of company’s trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy
  • Work with team members to maximize brand awareness and marketing strategy, edit and update publications such as social media posts
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
  • University credential in Communications, humanities, Marketing, Sales, Business, economics or other.
  • Proven working experience in the domain of business management, marketing and communications.
Required skills:
  • Event planning and management experience
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Strong relationship or tendency for same with local and national business and company’s media outlets.
  • Strong communication skills - oral and verbal
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Digital marketing skill
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office package and social media handling
  • Knowledge in business research, analysis, and reporting
