- Identification of growth opportunities and definition of development orientations
- Management of the marketing/communication strategy in order to increase the visibility of ALM, to facilitate the conquest of new customers and to stimulate customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement a cross-platform communication plan that meets business priorities
- Plan, create and manage marketing and communication materials and materials, including 3D/2D visuals, posters, brochures, flyers, videos, showreels, news and press releases, pitches, emails and social media posts
- Ensure that all materials present a uniform image and a consistent message, in line with brand standards
- Create and optimize sales support resources
- Manage events (internal events, user group meetings, trade shows, conferences)
- Organize and carry out regular competitive intelligence
- Manage marketing and communication expenses
- Lead Strategy consulting missions
- Develop and implement solutions and design study projects for prospects and customers: analysis of business plans, analysis of the performance of offers, competitive market analysis, etc.
- Participate with the CEO in the production of the most strategic studies
- Build the pricing strategy of our services taking into account the specificities of the offers: periodicity, nature, content, customer value
- Participate in the sourcing of new partners, manage the partner relationship
- Enrich our geomarketing assets: sourcing of new data, modelling, enrichment
- Manage customer partnerships and loyalty (large accounts)
- Manage prospecting expenses
- Define the company's positioning by identifying market developments and detecting growth opportunities based on market studies (prospecting for new customers, competitive analysis, attractiveness of the sector, choice of distribution channels, etc.).
- Establish a prospecting plan thanks to precise targeting corresponding to the priorities set with the CEO
- Lead and manage the sales team (field support, KPI monitoring, bi-annual evaluations, etc.)
- Experience of at least 5 years in a marketing/communication top management position within a communication/ consultancy agency as well as a premium experience in managing sales teams
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience
- Perfect mastery of marketing/communication, targeting, customer, prospecting and sales strategies
- Able to easily make clear and impactful presentations to key account clients whether they are from the public or private sector
- Able to adapt to changing customer needs
- Excellent relational skills, proactive, solution provider, leader with a real appetite for management
- Master Sc in marketing / communication / commerce
- Mastery of the office pack and project management and reporting tools
