- Develop and design graphics, branding, and visual identity for the company
- Create visual concepts and designs for various marketing materials such as events, flyers, social media graphics and ads
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design solutions that meet the company's objectives
- Create, edit, and optimize graphics for web and mobile platforms
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends and technologies
- Work with Marketing to devise new ways to tell great stories throughout the customer journey – online and offline
- You have proven experience as a graphic designer in a start-up or agency environment; 1+ year or Self-learning
- You have well-rounded skills and experience to run projects independently end to end.
- You can develop brand-fit concepts and designs for both, online and offline based on corporate design guidelines
- You like to tell stories using both words and visuals, and strategize the best way to make your point.
- You are proficient in Canva, Adobe CS and an expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- You have excellent communication and teamwork skills
- You are self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- You are passionate about design and keeping up with the latest design trends
