JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Responsible for Accounting transactions, Treasury and Cost management. 
• Provides financial support to the Executive Board by assessing business trends, develop ing root causes of business issues, complying with legal & Tax administration. 
• Provide the procedural and technical support to staff within the areas of finance and budget, to ensure compliance with financial policies, rules and regulations. 
• Assists with financial planning, forecasting, and monitoring of results vs. objectives within specified intervals (monthly, quarterly and yearly) 
• Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. 
• Develops and evaluates business investments models and project financial metrics.

• Analytics & Modeling: leveraging now tools at his or her disposal and uses data to inform relatable, manageable, and comprehensive strategic vision.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field 
• 3 years experience or more in Banking or Finance function is an asset, 
• Professional certification (OCG, MSTCF, OUT comptabilité & Finance) is mandatory 
• Previous experience in multinational or audit & Accounting firm will be a bonus.
• Excellent working knowledge of English is mandatory
