Missions / Responsibilities / Activities
Since it consists of selling, assisting and advising customers, it is therefore imperative to maintain a good relationship with them: be courteous, know how to listen to the customer, etc. This job requires knowledge of certain business techniques. Also, you have to be fluent both orally and in writing. In certain situations, a thorough knowledge of a foreign language may be required. Proficiency in certain office software and tools is also necessary.
Job Requirements
The minimum required for this job is a Bac level diploma. But to be able to evolve quickly, it would be best to have a Bac +2 or +3: BTS MUC, BTS technical-commercial, DUT marketing techniques, License Pro marketing-communication, License Pro management, License Pro marketing, etc.
