We are looking for a proactive, extremely organized, and a reliable individual. A Project Manager, who is able to manage a significant workload and juggle between several cross-functional projects..
- Engage with various teams to determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and ensure availability and allocation
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress
- Perform and document risk management to minimize project risks and maximise success
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
- Monitor progress using appropriate systems, tools and techniques, making adjustments as needed
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders and escalate as needed
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project life-cycle
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks necessary for you to carry out your role effectively and efficiently
- Well versed in software development and projects life cycle
- Outstanding organizational and planning skills
- Proactive, ‘can do’ approach and ‘problem solving’ attitude
- Knowledge and experience with Project Management tools such as Jira
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Experience working within an Agile methodology
- Technical knowledge or previous experience working within a technical role
- A team player attitude that actively contributes towards the bigger picture of the organisation
- Knowledge and experience in Casino, Sportsbook and/or Digital Marketing will be considered an asset
