- Making sure the client has in-depth knowledge about the product and how to use it in their daily business.
- Engaging the customer throughout the beginning of the sales process, through the KYC process and contract signing up until a handoff to an account manager for client onboarding.
- You will be responsible for carrying out the quota for closing deals.
- Assisting the customers through out the KYC processes to make sure they submit all of the documents required.
- You will act as the customer advocate inside DIOOL, you will help to expand the account and make sure that the client is satisfied.
- Enjoys coordinating and managing complex projects and groups.
- Is very well organized and comfortable switching between tasks frequently.
- Has a startup can-do attitude and a willingness to experiment and try new things.
- Has at least 3-5 years of similar experience.
- You should ideally be located in Douala or are willing to relocate.
- Native level French (C1) and Intermediate level English (B1) are required
