- Content Coordination: Collaborate with writers, contributors, and the Editor-in-Chief to maintain a cohesive editorial strategy.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all content aligns with the magazine's mission, maintains editorial consistency, and meets high-quality standards.
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day editorial operations, overseeing timelines, deadlines, and resources efficiently.
- Multilingual Integration: Oversee the translation and adaptation of content into multiple languages, ensuring accessibility for a diverse global audience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Editor-in-Chief to contribute to long-term strategic planning and ensure the magazine's growth and impact.
- Team Development: As the team expands, contribute to the hiring and development of future editorial team members.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in journalism, communications, science communication or a related field.
- Proven experience in editorial roles, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Understanding of diverse scientific disciplines and the ability to coordinate content creation across fields.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
