- Ensure sales planning
- Be in charge of the organization and management of the sales force in your region
- Coordinate sales operations and customer management in your region
- Ensure the development of the distribution network by recruiting new wholesale, semi-wholesale and retail customers
- Have at least 5 years of experience in sales, including 3 years in the position of HEAD of Sales in the field of soft drinks (PET)
- Have at least 5 years' experience in the organization and management of a sales force
- Having at least 3 years' experience in the sugary non-alcoholic beverages sector is an essential criterion
- Bachelor graduate from a commercial schools
- Have a category B driver's license
- Have an excellent command of distribution, sales, commercial negotiation techniques
- Be proficient in computer tools (office pack, Gescom, etc)
- Be able to understand and express yourself in English
- Demonstrate real communication and activity reporting skills
- Have a sense of teamwork and be a force of decision and conviction
- Have good meeting facilitation skills
- Be conciliatory and know how to manage conflicts
- Be customer-oriented, result-oriented
