The position is based in Douala.

Job grade : 3B
The incumbent should ensure that ECM achieves a competitive capability through the provision of the following services:
- Payroll, Compensation & Benefits
- Staff administration
- Performance Management
- HRIS
- Carry out payroll processing for permanent (CDD), contract (CDI), intern / temporary staff Ensure all payroll related elements are included and properly calculated e.g. loans, leave, allowances salary advances etc
- Liaise with outsourcing companies to ensure smooth payments for outsourced staff Ensure payroll data is properly backed up on timely basis
- Prepare reports required for audits, budgets, or by Group HR, other departments / functions and any other purpose
- Participate in day to day benefits administration and assist employees with claims while ensuring these are correct and within limits before payment
- Ensure the administrative management of employees: keeping of individual files, filing of administrative files, hiring formalities. Ensure the proper application of local procedures and Human Resources Management Group
- Manage any problem relating to Discipline: follow-up of requests for Explanations and subsequent responses, organization of Disciplinary Councils, implementation of recommendations from Disciplinary Councils
- Monitor the management of medical expenses and family allowances CNPS HRIS
- Effective performance management system
- In collaboration with other stakeholders (the branch managers, Unit Heads and Departmental Heads), embed the Balanced Scorecard Improve understanding and effectiveness of Balanced Scorecard – training / communication
- Ensure timely submission and tracking of Balanced Scorecard Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Experience At least 2 years work experience in a Payroll / Staff administration
- Proven ability to interact with and present ideas to Senior Management & other levels in a confident manner and capability of working in a diverse & dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Amplitude HR, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and other relevant tools
- Bachelor level in Management, Accounting or Social Sciences
- Multi language speaker would be a plus
- Be between 25 and 35 years old High levels of initiative, energy & drive, Strong planning & organizing skills, Attention to detail, Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, Ability to maintain confidentiality
