Missions / Responsibilities / Activities
As an IT Officer, your primary responsibilities will include:
  •  Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Providing support and maintenance for the company's assets, including desktops, laptops, printers, firewalls, VPN appliances, and more.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for 1st and 2nd line support, promptly addressing employee inquiries and technical issues.
  • Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, connectivity, printer, and software-related problems.
  • Documenting technical issues and solutions for future reference, maintaining a knowledge base in Jira Confluence.
  • Installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and equipment.
  • Managing Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Azure systems and servers.
  • Proactively anticipating, mitigating, identifying, and addressing hardware and software issues on servers and workstations.
  • Maintaining an organized inventory system.
  • Collaborating and liaising with third-party contractors and suppliers as required.
  • Demonstrating a basic understanding of Microsoft Power Automate.
Job Requirements

  • A proactive attitude with a strong problem-solving approach.
  • The ability to thrive in an agile work environment, with a focus on adaptability and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Experience in the iGaming industry would be considered an asset.
  • Motivation, dedication, and a strong desire to make a meaningful contribution.
  • Proven experience in Azure Active Directory (AAD) management, Office 365 administration, and Azure technologies.
