FlexAcademy is a professional training center whose main mission is to provide young Cameroonians with specialized and highly in-demand skills for the job market, adequately preparing them for employment opportunities, certifications (local and international), and entrepreneurship.
Missions / Responsibilities / Activities
This is a full-time on-site role for a French Teacher located beside Campus 2 of the University of Douala. The French Teacher will be responsible for teaching General French language skills to students, preparing students for french International exams like TCF, TEF, DALF, DELF...., providing tutoring and educational support.
Job Requirements
  • French Teaching skills
  • Experience in teaching and tutoring
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French
  • Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with diverse student populations
  • Bachelor's degree in French or a related field
  • Been bilingual will be an added advantage
