- Review prospective tutor applications to determine suitability
- Schedule and conduct interviews with tutors in person or online via video
- Identify guardians, verify their guarantors/references and facilitate background checks
- Manage all correspondence with tutors via telephone, email and in person
- Find and integrate more tutors across other country networks
- Develop and lead innovative projects to significantly improve the tutor experience
- Analyze tutor data to identify trends, challenges and opportunities
- Onboard and train tutors and provide support, helping them understand our processes
- Min BAC + 3 (Scientific Series)
- Good command of French and English (Bilingual)
- Spirit of synthesis and analysis
- Have interpersonal skills and conversational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
