Support the Partners in commercial operations including marketing activities coordination, sales planning, sales operations, sales performance monitoring as well as client relationship management activities. Support the Partners in translating the vision and strategy into actionable tasks, understanding that your role is to optimize time, communication, productivity for all team members in the line of service. Support the Partners in Administration Management tasks including meeting coordination, travel & expense management, purchase coordination, team building, event & logistic coordination.
Roles and responsibilities
As a B&O Analyst, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.You will:
- Work with Partners Office & Product Offering Leads and other key stakeholders to support product development and go-to-market efforts
- Support the Practice Management team with monitoring of commercial activities (sales account plan, commercial review facilitation, commercial action plan follow up with the team and commercial reports)
- Work with the Client Delivery team to follow up on client delivery KPIs as agreed in the operational plan (client onboarding, client invoicing & cash collection, client satisfaction feedback…)
- Connect, collaborate, and negotiate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and maximize efficiency, to optimize time, communications, and productivity for everyone in the team
- Support Partners Office in consolidating & monitoring execution of strategic & operational plans for the line of services; in identifying areas of improvement to make the practice more efficient and outcome driven
- upport Partners Office with data analytics and insights dashboards for easier business performance monitoring and decision making
- Support Partners Office in Administration Management including meeting & event coordination, travel & expense management, cost monitoring; purchase management and other practice development initiatives
- Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and other communications materials to update stakeholders on the team’s progress, impact, and challenges
- Must be able to build business cases and have a working understanding of finance. Drive and support change management initiatives and assist in communicating and implementing changes
- Monitor and Review engagement financial performance and alert on early signs of deviation.
- At least Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred in Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance & Technology, Business Analytics,
- Minimum years of experience: 1-2 years
- Good communication skills; demonstrated success building buy-in for an innovative and bold vision.
- Good ability to establish, develop, and maintain trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good judgment and a fact-based approach to evaluation and decision making
