- Assisting clients with inquiries, booking requests, and travel-related information.
- Providing accurate information about destinations, travel packages, and services.
- Handling booking reservations, processing payments, and issuing relevant travel documentation.
- Resolving client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborating with our travel consultants to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to offer personalized recommendations.
- Ensuring that clients’ travel experiences are smooth, enjoyable, and aligned with their expectations.
- Collecting feedback from clients to help improve our services and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Managing administrative tasks related to customer interactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in tourism or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of travel industry practices and destinations is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
