- Financial planning and reporting to the Finance Department is done with an appropriate level of detail
- School finances comply with national legislation and internal group rules
- Parents Relations are managed with rigor, tact and empathy
- School administration is done efficiently and administrative files are well organized
- The school's management team constantly receives the necessary assistance with regard to financial/economic/accounting/budgetary aspects
- Is fully bilingual in English and French
- Holds a Master’s Degree or equivalent in fields related to accounting, finance or auditing
- Has at least 7 years of professional experience in the fields of accounting or auditing
- Has in-depth knowledge of tax laws and financial regulations in Cameroon
- Proficiency with IT tools (e.g: Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Financial accounting software, etc)
- Is goal-oriented and able to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Is confident in his/her interactions with parents and able to handle pressure by remaining calm
- Is an effective manager
- Is organized, knows how to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at the same time
- Shares our enthusiasm and understands the challenges of providing affordable international education in Africa
