We are looking for a Human Resource Supervisor.

Job Position: Human Resource Supervisor
Job Location: Tchad

Missions / Responsibilities / Activities
Key Accountabilities:

• Organize the development of enterprise recruitment, training and performance appraisal system, the formulation of human resources job description and management process;
• Responsible for the implementation of recruitment plan, assist in interview
• Responsible for the staff's entry and exit procedures, deal with labor contract disputes
• Responsible for employee's salary accounting, tax and social insurant payment

Job Requirements
Qualifications and experience :
• Min bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or in a relevant field of study
• Over 5 years work experience, at least 2 years in HR team management
• Professional human resources management skills, familiar with human resources management processes and related laws and regulations and policies;
• Participated in the relevant human resources management, labor laws and regulations and other related aspects;

Capabilities and Skills :
• Ability to solve problems;
• Good communication skills;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
• Good analytical skills;
• Organization, rigor, ability to work under pressure;
• Hard working, Responsible, with a high degree of enthusiasm for work.
