SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNITY MANAGER CUSTOMER SERVICE LEAD
We are looking for a qualified Social Media Community Manager Customer Service Lead to loin our team. If you are a tech and social media -savvy professional pieuse apply!
Job Requirements
Our ideal candidate is based in Yaounde, can work full-time and onsite from 9:30am-4:00pm (Monday-Saturday)
has exceptional oral and written communication skills in ENGLISH & FRENCH and is able to develop engaging content.
You should be a 'people person' with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community. 
 Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our Brand and manage all community communications.
