POSITION OBJECTIVES
- Understand client and tutor needs and develop plans to meet them
- Aim to retain customers and renew contracts
- Approaching potential clients to build relationships
- Conclude telephone sales agreements and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Follow up on all customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp or other means of communication to ensure they book classes.
- Manage the company's social media accounts, which involves responding to comments, messages, responding to inquiries and acquiring customers on social media.
- ACADEMIC LEVEL: Min BAC + 2 in Commerce and Management or any other equivalent diploma.
- Good command of French and English (Bilingual)
- Spirit of synthesis and analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure.
