- He/she should have Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Duties, Office Administration and management. Having an experience in the field will be a plus.
- He/she should have Telephone skills, verbal and written communication skills and be swift to listen.
- Can work under pressure, should be very dynamic, smart and bilingual.
- Should have organizational abilities.
- Be able to work with Microsoft package and emails.
- Honesty, discretion and time-management skills.
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
- Maintaining diaries, arranging appointments, producing agendas and taking minutes
- Typing, preparing and collating reports, photocopying, printing and scanning.
- Filing.
- Managing databases.
- Prioritizing workloads.
